Q: Can I reuse my tea bags?
A: Yes you can. Within a few hours of your first use, you can reuse it again for 2-3 more 100 ML cups of tea, or until flavor fully dissolves. We do not recommend it using past a few hours or even a day.
Q: How much water should I use for one bag of tea?
A: For one tea bag, use 100-110 ML of water to experience the best flavor. Using more water will dilute your experience and reduce the quality of the tea flavor.
Q: How long should I brew my tea for?
A: It is best to stir the tea bag for 3-4 minutes. Then you can either re use the tea bag in another 100 ML cup or discard it.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes you can. You will receive a prorated refund depending on how many months you have left on your subscription.
Q: If I dont like it, can I return it?
A: Because we are sell edible goods, we cannot accept any returns due to safety reasons. Once we ship the package, it is a final sale.
Q: How do you ship? Is it tracked?
A: We use USPS standard priority shipping, and provide you with a tracking number for your package.
